Doctor of Physical Therapy and Exercise Physiologist Dr. Jeff Nuttall will work with you to build a workout and training plan based around your body, goals, time schedule, and access to equipment. No cookie cutter programs, wondering why you’re not making the progress you should, wasting your valuable time. We will build a training plan that utilizes research backed methodology to maximize your progress while building confidence and knowledge about what works best for your body.
Nutrition Coaching
Personalized nutrition plans with online coaching including customized macronutrient goals, meal plans, grocery lists and 24 access to your one-on-one coach. No restrictive meal plans or crash diets. Fully customized nutrition focused coaching built to maximize your metabolism and ensure we build a enjoyable, sustainable diet that gives you life long results while maximizing health and performance.
One-On-One
No group calls or one-size-fits-all plans. Each program is built around your unique body and goals. 24/7 access to your coach with in app messaging along with email and text access to ensures that all your questions and concerns are addressed keeping you on track and accountable. Weekly consults with Dr. Nuttall help track your progress and update your program as needed along the way.

Dr. Jeff Nuttall is a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with experience working with a diverse clientele and the Andrews Sports Medicine group. He is the head trainer and physical therapist at elite personal training studio EIM in Mountain Brook, AL and founder of Birmingham Movement Doctor.

Full Coaching Plan
Plan designed for those who are “all-in” on the decision to take control of their health and fitness. This plan is all inclusive with every service you need to get into the best shape of your life. Personalized workout, nutrition, and habit coaching delivered straight to your phone or computer via a custom interactive app. Your program will be delivered and updated based on your body and goals with included exercise videos, body composition, habit, workout and meal tracking. This plan also includes 24/7 access to Dr. Nuttall via in-app messaging, text, and email for questions, consults, and coaching along the way for maximal accountability.

Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition coaching with personalized meal plans, food lists and macronutrient tracking straight from your phone for added ease of use and accountability. Each plan is built based off of your metabolism, food preferences, and unique goals to help you build the diet that will help you succeed long term. Customized meal plans and macronutrient breakdowns catered to your eating style with paleo, vegan, vegetarian, keto and other options available upon request.

Fitness Coaching
Custom workouts and habit coaching with in app exercise guidance and form videos. Your coach will build specific workouts based on your access to equipment and goals with an interactive app to display and track your workouts and progress week to week. Your personalized program will contain tracking software to log your weights and your coach will work with you to build your program around your level of experience and preferred style with options ranging from calisthenics, traditional weight lifting, cross-fit, yoga/pilates and more.

VIP Package
For those looking for next level accountability and guidance. This plan includes all the services in the Full Coaching Plan plus Physical Therapy evaluations and unlimited treatment sessions for injury rehab, prehab, and biomechanics optimization. This package is limited to a maximum of 5 clients at time so availability may be limited. Consult with Dr. Nuttall prior to signing up to ensure availability.
